Katie is the best insurance agent I've ever had. I've been a customer for years and never had any problems with my insurance. You get treated like family and with respect here.
Norm has gotten so old and crazy. He cusses customers and threatens to cancel their policies because he has no clue what is going on. I used to love this place but not no more.
I'm going to add to the list... worst customer service ever! And they are not up with the times they do not understand computer technology and they talk to you like your stupid! I highly recommend anyone looking for insurance get online and do it yourself this man is not in business to please customers. My one-star rating is because you cannot give a negative star rating!
Norm is insane and crazy. He misleads people, and provides wrong info. Horrible customer service and lack of care for customers. This has to be the worst insurance agent. Do yourself a favor, stay away from All Risk Insurance in BG.
All Risk Insurance is great and Katey is awesome. Always helpful with a good personality all the time plus the prices r perfect.
