Ricky and his plumbing compatriot Allen were fantastic. We had a clogged toilet and a septic system we hadn't checked out since we bought the place a couple years back. Ricky took care of the pump and general inspection of the septic and at $300, can't beat it (at least to the 700+ it would be out here in California). The toilet clog was unrelated to the septic and the next day Allen took care of that for a sensible $175 snake. Regardless of price we were very happy with the availability and communication.

We had your tank "Pumped out" 11 months ago, with a household of 3 people. And this morning had to have the same thing done again!!!!! The didn't empty the tank like the said they did..... If you choose to hire them, KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THAT. We paid for a service that we didn't get.... 😤🤬 Buyer Beware Never again never.
This gentleman came out about a month ago and drained my septic tank. Afterwards he told me the pump was bad. He came yesterday and replaced the pump. These pics are the following day in my shower/tub. THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING PRIOR TO THE WORK HE DID YESTERDAY. And the water is from AFTER I had to put the liquid plumber down the drain. When I told him about it, he said “do you want me to remove the pump?” Then proceeded to tell me that I was lying about this bathroom and that it HAD to be this way before.
