This place is full of demons. I DO NOT CARE HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE TO BUY A CAR. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM. THEY LITERALLY TOOK MY MONEY AND REPOSESSED MY CAR THE NEXT MONTH. For nooooo reason. Refused to give me back my deposit and the belongings I left in the vehicle. Three laptops and a cellphone. One of the laptops was a karaoke dj laptop. Worth over $25k. Allride Saved me! I have less than perfect credit and a very small down payment to work with. I needed a car very badly. Most other lots ran me off after hearing that. All it took was a short application and my small down payment to get me riding in a Quality used car. They showed me the invoice where the service had just been done to the car I wanted and offered me a drink while I waited for approval. Very nice people to deal with. I WILL buy my next car at AllRide for sure! Great Service, Great People, Great Cars!
It's best to buy from a dealer but unfortunately life happens...I'm very thankful that I had them to turn to when my credit wouldn't allow me to do anything else. My experience with them has been helpful and pleasant. They are very understanding if something comes up, I just simply gave them a call and explained. My mom recently had purchased a car from "All Ride" off Hwy. 9 in Cumming, GA.; less than 30 days ago. The car has numorous problems (transmission linkage, main seal, horn, dash lights....etc.) Not to mention they charged her $3,000 for an 88' Toyota Tercel (way over the value of the car) The car dealer has not offered to fix the car or put her into something better for the same amount. This company has a habit of repossessing cars with payments just one day late. If they promise you a service or product, you better get it in writing because their "Word" is about as good as glass in a blender. If their secretary was any smarter, she'd still be stupid. Troy (Account manager) has not one clue to running a business. Beware of this company! You will be greatly disappointed if you do decided to do business with them.
