This company relocated my water heater from the house to the garage. They had to come back and make many repairs because the work was not done correctly the first time. The earthquake straps were attached by drilling directly into the stucco because they were unable to locate a stud after ten attempts so they simply attached them with a screw into stucco which I was able to remove with two fingers.
