Cracked Out Company Terrible Terrible Terrible!!!! where to begin? they made us pay way in advance to have all our equipment ready for us at 11 am the day before our wedding. tables were ok, chairs are filthy and the astro turf we ordered turned out to not be astro turf at all. intact it was half green carpet and half shredded pieces of astro turf. i was sure they would have what we ordered ready but it took them til 6 o'clock in the evening to finally deliver all the so called astro turf. when it showed up it all smelled li... read more
All rents is okay Have used All Rents for various events and rented everything from chairs and tables to glassware. for the most part, they have been pretty good, but it all seems to depend on who you get on the phone. They do not communicate all that well as especially around holidays their staff seems to give different answers to questions like " are you open on labor day." One says yes, you show up to return something and they are closed. Need to improve in that area and the stars go up.
