Leonard Lipstein: Rude, seriously unprofessional, constantly condescendingly interrupting when trying to speak or ask a question. Not impressed. My family used this company twice. NEVER AGAIN!!! I cannot believe large financial institutions like RBC and SCOTIA recommend this company.

Would not recommend using this company for appraisals again. Rushed through my application and incorrectly valued my home, got a 2nd appraisal done by another company that showed up through google search, took them almost 4x as long to do the appraisal then All Realty Consultants and was almost $54000 more in value with the right characteristics and features entered for the property. Would not recommend nor use again for anything in the future.
