Very unprofessional, rude and fraud. Took my ekg machine from my office and now asking lot more money to fix it. Already charge money for the service and service is not even done. Refusing to return my machine and doesn’t even answer phones. Very bad. Even doesn’t qualify for any star.

We made arrangements for repair of a medical device and shipped it to them. We got confirmation of receipt. A technician contacted us to start the repair. They never sent back the device, never contacted us again. They would not return calls, emails, or certified letters. I contacted the owner at his personal email address which I found in a Florida yacht club newsletter, explained the situation thinking perhaps his staff were doing this without his permission/knowledge, and still, I received no response. If I could give zero stars I would. This is one of the worst run businesses. They make appointments and don't show up and then blame the customer for not confirming when you have the written confirmation. Then they say that the confirmation came too late , then they try other tactics to blame the customer for their incompetence. To top it off they are rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately there is no worse rating than one star. This company is apparently known for ripping hardworking people off. First, we ordered a pick up for routine maintenance on an EKG machine and the company did not show up, when we called they said that there was a mistake made on their end and that the next day for available pick up would be the following week.
