Had a very positive experience assembling a difficult board (a mix of large FPGA, large BGA power uModules, down to 0201 parts, heavy 16-layer stack) with little room for error or experimentation. AQS folks were very responsive, attentive, and flexible, and all units came out working. Great experience with previous jobs as well. Definitely my go-to assembly shop.

My board uses OMAP series CPU but it is part on part (PoP) process, That is memory needs to be assembled on top of CPU, just like the Beagle Boards. As I search for the shop, I found AQS whom claims to have experience in PoP process. I gave them a try for my proto-type boards. I was greeted by customer service and have toured factory.
