I was super excited to find a brand new facility. Most storages I’ve looked at are older and run down but this site was beautiful, newly built, has paved driveways and was easy to find. Very nice person on the phone who helped me with my rental. And I was able to set up auto pay easily so I don’t have to remember to make my payment each month. Nicole was amazing.

I see they have other facilities with better reviews, and quite a few more too, but I can only share my own experience. I would not recommend this be anyone's first choice. It appears to be more affordable but they don't offer many services/features that may justify higher prices at a different company. Your mileage may vary though.

I rented a unit here in October 2024. In December, my lock missing and my bike went missing. I contacted the number given and was told to file a police report to be able to look into the situation. Once the police contacted all purpose storage, they were told that there are no cameras at this facility. I filed a claim with all purpose storage because they require insurance and I was paying them for insurance every month. They denied the claim because it was mysterious circumstances that the bike went missing. But how could i... read more
