Highly disappointed with the move out process. Doesn’t offer pro-rated even though their website states “military friendly & flexible” yet charges full price for a full months rent (almost $80) when we only needed to use 5 days of this month. Don’t put on your website ur flexible and military friendly if ur just going to be greedy.
Everything is clean with easy access.
Very easy folks to deal with. The property is easy to access when needed, clean and well lit. Fair pricing and the auto billing means I don’t have to remember to pay when they call to tell me I’m late! 10 of 10!
I had a wonderful experience with all purpose storage! Incredibly flexible and easy process from move-in to move out! Staff was great! Kind, friendly, patient and timely in all of there communications! Would recommend above anywhere else! 110% satisfied with the service. AND THE PRICE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! 5+ stars hands down! Thanks all purpose. Y’all were an absolute breeze! secure & clean units everytime!:-)
