This is the 2nd unit I have rented. I have spoken to Kathleen on both occasions. She was a delight to work with over the phone. She explained everything I asked and assisted me with the E sign documents. Very polite and very professional. 5 stars. No doubt about it. Thanks Kathleen!

Chinny was very helpful in getting us set up with a storage unit. Took very little time.
Nor was wonderful on assisting me with all the info I needed to get a unit that fit my need she was very polite even tho I didn't have that great of reception she was very patient with me as I was with her I appreciate all the help and kindness of my purchase and will recommend this place to others thank you nor.
