I had to use this location when they first opened up security 24 gate access was supposed to be included. This time when I've come back the Gates still not up and there is pest boxes outside of each aisle of units and my unit is infested with spiders. They have infiltrated my items and there's my poop that I'm horrified. As everything I own is in there. I picked it for security and gated access and being new and likely less pest and spider issues as some of the neighboring competitors. However going over yesterday I can't be... read more
Irah was an excellent assistant. I had wanted to switch units and she stayed on the phone while I drove around to find a different unit. She answered all my questions and was extremely polite, patient and clear. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Irah and APS !
I chose this facility because of the security measures that were advertised: cameras and a locked gate with access code. Neither of those features are actually in place, despite raising the rent. No one is ever on site. I had asked for a manager to call me back for 6 months, not one did until I gave my move out notice. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Hello. I spoke with Dianne M. Approximately 10 days ago, regarding a storage unit at your Bernardston MA location. Dianne thoroughly helped me with my questions and reserved a 10x30 storage unit for me. I called back today and had the pleasure of working with Dianne M.again. She was absolutely amazing.
