So today I had the pleasure of having Sheila at All Purpose Storage Swanzey. She was so kind and understanding of the situation I was put in that was no fault of my own, but made my payment late for my unit. I explained to Sheila how my account was compromised and I was waiting for my new card, and that I've never been late in years. She kindly told me she had already checked, and waved the 30$ late fee.
