So today I had the pleasure of having Sheila at All Purpose Storage Swanzey. She was so kind and understanding of the situation I was put in that was no fault of my own, but made my payment late for my unit. I explained to Sheila how my account was compromised and I was waiting for my new card, and that I've never been late in years. She kindly told me she had already checked, and waved the 30$ late fee. Very helpful and conscientious. Perfect if there were a useful light source in the climate controlled area.
Max was extremely helpful and worked swiftly to resolve my issues. All Purpose Storage' staff are not like most., theyre patient, understanding and work with the customer no matter what the circumstances are. .
