It was a quick and easy set up online. Experienced a slight bump in the road as I did not have the correct access code to get into the facility. Called Customer Service who set me up immediately - on a Sunday!
Sherlyn was sooo helpful. My debit card got hacked and I forgot to change my auto-pay and she called to check on my account and was sooo hepful and nice!
I feel safe storing my stuff Here. Jason is most helpful, and the facility second to none.
I was introduced 2day to Sherlyn who set me up quick and easy and was friendly and knowledgeable. A bit later Jason helped through my beginner bugs and he got things straight quickly. I give these 2 folks each 5 stars for their performances.
