The Poland site is well maintained and the office women are very helpful.
Only giving one start because it makes you. My disabled mother rented for 4 years there and when a light bulb blew they wouldn’t help her put a new one in. Then when it was time for her to move out she sent the necessary photos to the text message thread and then sent her threatening text messages on July 4th that she was going to be put in collections for half the months rent.
