These people don’t care what so ever. After I moved out due to MOLD on my couches and bed caused by there lack of structure ( the inside is all wood and had molded due to rain) told me to file a claim as I had purchased insurance only to deny stating it wasn’t there fault. I will never rent from them again. You’re better to save your money and go down the road.
Overall it has been good. The drive in still needs some work
We needed the storage space for short term while we moved from one location to another. It was very easy to arrange and very easy to use. One concern I would share with you is that the access road going into your location is so very rough. Everything you’re taking in there gets shaken up. Luckily we did not store any breakable items.
All I can say is 5 out of 5. I had a great experience with the company, from renting to cancelling my unit was seamless. Will rent again with APS!
They were very pleasant to work with. The unit was clean and ready for me to use.
