Have had the storage unit for too long and haven’t had any problems. Max was easy to work with.
All purpose storage is a very fine facility, especially the one in Fairfield, Maine. The site manager, Nor, has always been courteous to work with over the phone. She was instrumental in helping me acquire a refund for both of my storage units due to extenuating circumstances out of my control. The two units I had were very clean and secure. I will surely consider renting with them again in the future.
Units are clean. Customer service is very helpful, with any questions or concerns regarding the storage unit I am renting or making changes/ updating account.

These people don’t care what so ever. After I moved out due to MOLD on my couches and bed caused by there lack of structure ( the inside is all wood and had molded due to rain) told me to file a claim as I had purchased insurance only to deny stating it wasn’t there fault. I will never rent from them again. You’re better to save your money and go down the road.
