Absolutely infested to the brim with rodents. The units are not sealed or separated on the inside, so they move between the units. We have lost countless irreplaceable items to rodent damage. Not just a little bit of rodent damage, a MASSIVE amount, thousands of droppings in a 10x10 space, and pee all over. Listen, you are guaranteed to lose things in these units due to massive rodent issues. They raise rates constantly out of nowhere. This facility doesn't maintain access to their entry, roads or units during snow/ice storms and not coated until 3 days after the storm. They stated they have one plow truck for all their facilities in Maine. Its advertised as 24/7 access, however you will either have to plow yourself all the way into your unit from the road and shovel to clear the front of your unit.
