I went through the entire process from quote, design, and "renovation" with this company and it was a pleasant experience for the first couple interactions. After that, the design phase was extremely painful (lots of the "telephone" game, conveying my thoughts and ideas to one person and them attempting to do so to the designer). We had scheduled a touch-up weed spray. The tech that came today was very professional and polite. I appreciate the fact that he picked up a few things I missed on the ground before spraying. He closed the gates, which is a big deal with kids and dogs. He went above and beyond just a few spots, and sprayed more so we won’t have weeds popping up! Thank you!
Never showed up to an appointment. Disappointed and it’s completely unprofessional.
This business no longer exists. Owner of company should remove pin from Google maps. Drove to business location and found the property had been sold to a disabled Veteran who told me people are showing up disturbing his peace looking for the lanscaping company. I feel bad for the old guy.
