After reading some of the good reviews, I went ahead and called the number listed. An older woman picked up the phone said "Home of the Rate Crushers, how may i help you?" I told her I'm shopping around for auto insurance would they be able to assist? She said "yes" i said are rates good right now? She said "No. Auto rates are like the economy and the auto industries took a 3 billion dollar loss, so its not good".
