Disappointing All Purpose Improvements was paid substantially to do major improvements to our Bloomington house. When the smoke cleared we have a deck with bare wood that was stained several months ago, gaps in our wood flooring, and a tear in our renovated bathroom shower base. We heard nothing but excuses - the 30 year old house settled, the stain was 'bad' and the shower base was defective. The root cause was not the products but the poor craftmanship.
