Had the same issue every few months and they would come out, charge me thousands of dollars, and then it would break with the same issue over and over. Their warranty is 30 days so if the issue is in 60 days then they will not warranty their work. And then they stopped returning my calls. Bad experience and there are better options. Disappointing.

Scott is great to work with. He won't try to sell you anything you don't need. He is honest and only fixes what needs to be repaired. He has kept my AC and Heating working for the last 14 years.

I am a business owner and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about All Purpose Heating and Air and the owners they have always taken time to help us and educate us and have kept our system running so that we could do business as usual. they take the time to share with us and explain what is needed. THIS IS A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I am updating my review. Since the time of the install there have been nothing but problems. We had no ac in summer and today is 18 degrees, windchill 9 degrees, and we have no heat. Scott has been replacing pieces of this brand new unit repeatedly, rather than admiting the unit is a LEMON - which was the word American Standard used for their own unit.
