I called them for inspection and quote for my air condition fault repair. $40 call-out fee paid ,a person arrived and just popped in to dial pad and said he need another $ 370( to my memories)to inspect and issue a quotation. This is unacceptable charging $40 for nothing. I said to him to check the leak and regas the plant . But he wanted charge $ 370 just for quotation. Everyone is aware there call out charges is for just travel to your place
