My experience is consistent with other reviews posted here. We have two gates on either side of our house. One side is where our dogs are kept, locked and securely separated from the pool, and the other gives easy, unlocked access to the pool. After 5 times of the servicemen trying to access the wrong gate over a period of several months, and not providing us with pool service on those visits despite many phone calls and detailed directions on which gate to use, I called to cancel our service.
