This is by far the worst company ever. The owner is rude and unprofessional. They came out said my spa heater would be fixed then leaves putting my valves in the wrong position and fixing nothing. My system had no water flow because of this which is bad for the system. I call the company and the lady is screaming at me that i have to wait for a report. Please don"t waste your time and money on this horrible company. You will regret it.

Rude on the phone. Technician came and took pictures only. Had no tools with him. Then they didn't even prepare a formal invoice and then called the warranty company with no diagnostics performed to tell them what they thought was wrong which denied our claim.

This is one of my worst experiences ever dealing with a company condescending yelled at me brought the wrong part after a week and then brought the right part a week and a half later but did not fix the existing leak and pretend like it's something else terrible service would never recommend this company to my enemies, still trying to get them to come out and fix the problem that they don't want to fix properly

They send a service rep quickly once ordered is places. The service person is always polite and on time. The trip it to evaluate the problem then order the parts. The second is usually not scheduled correctly but they arrive a day or 2 later with the part. Repair completed but NO CONTACT from pool workers just leaves. Then you get a email or text that job is completed. The pool was not working well. I called and spoke with the office staff. Her English is horrible and her pool under isn’t being conveyed. I’d give zero stars if I could. They claim they email or leave a card with services rendered but they don’t. My pool had algae and I cleaned the filters like they asked. 2 weeks go by and algae comes back again. I have to call to let them vs them letting me know that the algae is back. The supervisor Scott tells me I have to sweep the pool everyday. Uh excuse me, I’ve had the pool for 4 years and sweeping the pool daily is not normal. They aren’t the cheapest and definitely aren’t good. Stay away and save your money
