Alan from All Pumps has been top notch for the past couple years that I have been using him. He has given me a lot of free advice over the phone with no expectation of work to be done. Just out of the kindness of his heart. He always gets here when I have an emergency. I’ve texted him and called him with problems and he’s walked me through it over the phone and not even billed me. I highly recommend this company! I’ve used them several times throughout the last few years. They are quick and efficient.
I cannot thank Allen and Ethan enough! I woke up and discovered our water pump was not working and I started making calls. Allen called me back within 7 minutes after I left a message. He was super friendly and told me that somebody would be out that morning to help. Ethan called me when he was close by. He was very clear as to what needed to be fixed and it did not cost us an arm and a leg. Within 45 minutes of his arrival we had water restored to the house! Alan of All Pumps and Water is incredible. Saturday night, wellpump burned up. Alan called me back within 30 minutes of my call to him. He showed up 7:30 Sunday morning. 40 minutes later the new pump is installed and we are back to normal. Thank you.
