I dont think I have ever dealt with anybody worse in 67 plus years. Not sure if anybody actually works there, they never answer the phone nor their emails. If you are lucky enough (after 2 weeks of trying) to reach someone on the phone and explain what you need they do not follow thru. Twice I had to call the actual Insurance company, the last time I did to cancel my policy. STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum allowed.
Don't waste your time. After a long phone call going over all of my policy details for home, auto and umbrella, after multiple follow-ups and waiting over a month and a half, never even received a quote back from this agency. I can't imagine what it would be like trying to work with them if you have a policy with them and there is an issue.
