I believe that the product is good but issues after installation have not been great. I’m not sure if it’s the fact that I have an old house but the areas around the window had been drafty, plus it took a long time to get replacements when issues happened upon installation. I finally thought we were done with issues but here I am on a very cold day stuffing the sides of my windows with seran wrap to stop the draft. It’s disappointing!

Rude and unprofessional and pushy all the way up to mangement. I didn't have windows installed so I can't speak for the laborers but if you hate the cliché call you until you answer or buy something sales gimicks avoid them. Unprofessional and pushy beyond belief. I will absolutely never purchase from this company.

I had windows put in my house over 15 years ago. They told me that I would get free screen replacement anytime for life. I have contacted them numerous times through emails over the years and no one has recontacted me. So I can't give them such glowing reviews that you find on here.

We worked with Julio (Jay) Gomes. He is very professional, friendly, presented the product well and has been very helpful. We liked that he wasn't pushy about a sale and that he worked to get us a good deal for the windows. We've had a couple of issues with the windows but he has always found a quick solution and has been wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend working with him. The windows have been a definite upgrade to what we previously had.
