Chase was very friendly and helpful
Thought I was ordering an OEM part from them because in the part description they listed the OEM manufacturer. Part arrived and was a product from an aftermarket supplier. I was told I had to pay return shipping. I also lost the $14 I paid to have it shipped in the first place. Customer Service couldn't care less. If not a deliberate scam, it was very misleading.
