Called the office and it took the tech 1 week to call me to set up a time to come look at my Printer. Then when he did call, he asked me to describe the problem, which at that point he said he knew what was wrong and that he would send me a quote. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back from him. Called the office a few times now and they just keep saying he will get back to me. It's been a waste of time with them.

Do not use this company, I own an Epson F 2100. I hired Mr. Clark to come and fix it. I paid him the $4000, he fixed it partially then told me he would send me an email with instructions on how to get it, the rest of the way working. Of course the instructions you need the Epson repair person to do it because it’s more than my pay grade. This man will not return phone calls, he will not return emails. And I’m out my $4000.

Peter was referred to me from another company that did not work on Epsons. He came by and diagnosed the printer, returned and left again. It's been 4 months, the printer is in pieces and will not return texts, calls or emails. He did however remember to send me a $300 bill....
