Poor communication.
Poor communication. Was told we would set up a meeting Monday morning. Haven't heard from him. 🤷
He informed us that he would have a phone call setup for our work details, we contacted him on Monday and he didn't respond after the message in the morning.
Did not honor their quote when we went to pay. Was advised one thing by the receptionist then told something else later. Was told if we paid in cash we would not have to pay GST but was later told (after showing documentation of said conversation) that this was a misunderstanding. Communication was slow when requesting information to settle up our tab (10 days).
