I have had a long positive history with All Pro Security since 2020. Their continued service and customer care continue to impress me. Recent strong winds in Reno blew out our front yard sign. After calling All Pro Security with a request for a replacement sign, Nick himself came out to provide a new sign for us while maintaining a full schedule of other client appointments. I will continue to trust All Pro Security's security products, security monitoring, and customer service for my home security needs.
Nick and his team were knowledgeable and efficient in helping us choose the system we needed for our home. The installation and removal of outdated equipment was completed over two days, and the guys did a great job explaining how to operate the equipment properly. We highly recommend this locally-owned company.

Amazing client care!! We were out of US when we lost internet contact with our home security system. All Pro promptly sent Nic Baker who diagnosed the problem and arranged for tech support. While at our house, Nic noticed our house was very cold because thermostat batteries needed to be replaced and nighttime temps were hitting single digits. While waiting for tech support, Nic bought & replaced batteries which restored heating and prevented a major unrelated problem. THANK YOU All Pro Security and NIC!!
