I am delighted to offer this review. Jonas (from all Pro Rugby Cleaning) picked up, cleaned and delivered my rug in a week’s time AS PROMISED! All communication related to this service was flawless. The rug looks great. He positioned opened it and positioned it for me in my space before departing my home. Jonas himself is polite and pleasant to interact with. This is his business. I was referred to him by Montgomery carpet in Venice and I’m grateful for the recommendation.

Jonas made a special trip to our house to pick up our oriental rug. After discussing the problem of red dye on our rug, he told us that it would not come out and gave us a couple of suggestions. Jonas' honesty is so much appreciated! We spoke to other cleaners who said it may or may not come out, but they would have to take it to their facility, which is expensive. We have several area rugs, and when they need cleaning, we will definitely call Jonas! And will refer him to our neighbors and friends! Thank you Jonas!
Bought a rug from Tumble , it said it was machine washable but not true. It came out of the washer hard & wrinkled with a few spots still . Took it to All Pro Rug Cleaning & it came out looking brand new! Customer service is excellent as well. I will use this company for all my rugs going forward & recommend to all my friends.
