I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALL-PRO Roofing and Chimney. We called them to clean our gutters. In the process, they came out and told us there was a roof issue and it would be 1600 for Roof and gutter cleaning. They said the job was complete....however they never cleaned the front gutters! Nor did they provide an invoice!!!! I called many, many times!!!!! The office would tell me someone would be there the next day, and no one showed. (at least 3 times). Hired them to waterproof the basement from the outside w years ago. During the process I contacted the office saying they didnt dig all the way down to the foundation. I got gaslight. Once finished, after the first rain, I had a leak in my basement. Contacted them, no action. Last week I had another company come to re-do the work. The flimsy plastic and waterproofing membrane (the tar like substance in the picture) fell off the wall once the soil was removed. Glen was attentive and answered all my concerns promptly. He provided a fair price and also offered me a gutter and chimney cleaning included with my job. They did some repairs on my roof and replaced my chimney chaise.. I am satisfied with the work that was performed and would definitely recommend All Pro to anyone searching for a roofing company and would use them again if needed in the future.
