I had a disappointing experience with All Pro Restoration. The project was unorganized with constant employee changes and no proper updates or handoff, causing delays. They failed to report needed repairs to the seller on time. I stayed present and in constant communication with their representative Victor Zapata, yet they later blamed me for lack of cooperation and never delivered a final report. Work remains incomplete. I would not recommend this company.

As a realtor, I have had the opportunity to work with All Pro Restoration personally and refer them to clients. No one likes finding out that they have water, fire, or mold in their house where it shouldn't be, but it's great to know that there is an awesome company on call waiting to help you. All Pro Restoration has gone above and beyond so many times. They are the first people I call if I hear a house has been damaged. They are prompt, professional, and get the job done in a timely manner. 5 starts and a high 5 from me.
