All pro was quick and efficient at finding water under our basement floors after the water heater leaked. They started work right away and had it dried out in 2 days. They also did the necessary treatment so mold wouldn’t grow.

All Pro Restoration came in after another restoration company failed to remediate our mold after an almost 3 week timeline. Victor came out, evaluated the issue, clearly explained the process and gave us a reasonable quote to finalize the work. The team that remediated the mold were on time, efficient, and effective in completing the work in only 2 days! We did bring in air quality experts and passed the testing successfully. We were very happy with this company, highly recommend!

So I just initially left a higher review but am amending my rating here based on my final experience. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I want to share my experience and you decide. Victor gave a great first impression but has been unresponsive to my concerns as my house still tests with mold only 3 days after they finished the job and were paid.
