Our plumber called them in during a sump pump leak and they pulled off all our baseboards without our consent. We knew we needed a new sump pump and they were supposed to cap it until the plumber could replace it. They left open water for five days. Terrible company. Don’t trust them. They only want to bill your insurance.

After a long slow process and blunders they sort of finished the job. Amongst broken oven door handle dents in my appliances and upside down toilet flanges I found out we could have had real plumbers and carpenters. The job was half A*** at best. They sent a 3 man crew (Robbie told me he was sending his best team? Really?) first the leader Otis rolled around on a chair or laid on the floor for most of the work.
