Their website reads 24 hour emergency restoration service. What they don’t mention is that part of what they restore is faith in humanity. Jim and Miranda made time to come over and check out our situation the same day that we called, and were beyond generous, helpful, funny and knowledgeable. they quickly put us in touch with folks who could do the parts of the job that are not their expertise, and the situation that started out feeling kind of like a slow moving nightmare turned into a very manageable inconvenience.
