Jim from All Pro was sadly not the first person called to our disaster of our basement flooding from a sump pump failure due to a power outage. Jim came to give a free comparative estimate. When he came, he was thorough and objective - he ran tests, gathered data, and discussed not only the problem but what was causing it & recommended solutions!
