My daughter has cancer and we just discovered water damage in our home which is.VERY DANGEROUS for her. The lady was super snarky and didn’t care and said it wasn’t an emergency. Zero compassion and honestly terrible tone and attitude.
Would not recommend poor customer service didn’t receive a call back before my house got worse with my flood
