Unlike several competitors who proposed to copy the old patio cover design, which was not up to building code, All Pro expertly redesigned the patio cover to comply with current engineering standards for structural integrity to withstand 115 mph winds. We are so happy with the arbor that All Pro Remodeling built!! It was a replacement for a 24-year-old wooden arbor that we loved, but had finally succumbed to wood rot. All Pro was professional, communicative and patient with our timeline and questions. Their engineer, Sebastian, helped us design an arbor that looked exactly like our last one and the installer, Oscar, was amazing with his precision and attention to detail. Very nice work! Good communication. Good value. We worked through some minor issues since no construction goes exactly as planned but we are quite pleased with how our patio cover enhances our outdoor space. Our installer, Doug, is a master problem-solver and craftsman, and cares about the finished product.
