Dishonest, would not give me an estimate before doing the job. Took my pump, came back 2 days later, wanting $250 for a simple repairs of a busted plastic piece. I never authorized or agreed to paying that much! And he wouldn't tell me until he already did the supposed work. Never completed the job in installing. Left me with incomplete repair. I have to find someone else to complete the job. Old crook . Don't get ripped off!
Dan showed up when he said he would, replaced the pump and heating element on my spa in a timely fashion. He charged me a fair price. Overall, am very satisfied, and will use him again.
