Worked great for what we hired them for. To catch a rat that had come into the house, but then they talked my mom into a monthly service that wasn't needed and made it truly horrible to cancel. Took months to finally successfully cancel and they charged us to cancel early. We just noticed on the credit card bill that they charged more than they said they would to close the account in that final phone call.
