I gave Terry $12,000 in May as down-payment for a roof to begin in June. It is now November and I don't have the roof or my $12,000. He no longer answers calls or replies to my texts/emails. ***The above review was posted in November. Suddenly Terry became responsive to communication! He asked that I take down the review and he'd have my deposit returned in 2 weeks. Once 2 weeks was up he didn't respond to text & email again.
