Will not answer the phone. Finally got someone to schedule my move and was unable to reach anyone to confirm the night before, no response to voicemail and today I am sitting here waiting with no calls, no one answering their phone and now I am stuck because I have no movers! Horrible service!
We had to reschedule the move due to a truck shortage in Virginia. I called to reschedule and it was not an issue. Upon our arrival to NC All Pro Packing never showed up! We had a large moving truck full with no one to help unload it. I called to leave a message and I never received an apology.
Unprofessional! I called this company on 9/17/22 and tried to reserve a spot on the 26th. I spoke with the owner and he started to call him back on Monday. I called back on Monday and did not get an answer. I texted the number and did not get a response. I went up to the business and the employees stated that he had just left for the day, to call the number on the truck. In total I call the number at least 10 times. The owner is very rude and disrespectful I would not Recommend anybody to go work for him and at the end Of the day he will try to short you money happens almost every time I've helped him
