Dear heavens avoid this place. Gave them my snow blower to fix (would not engage). Gave it back to me in a dangerous version where it engaged without touching it, IT WOULD NOT STOP IN FORWARD OR REVERSE. This was fixed, yikes then I stopped in for a shear pin. He had worked on this very machine and verified the mode and GAVE ME A WRONG SIZE. Ok, two for two.. Go down the hill..
