Excellent Service Every Time – Not sure who Seth is talking about. Used these folks for at least five or six moves for me or my mother, siblings etc. Professional personnel. Friendly. Easy to "communicate" with. Everything placed carefully in correct locations. Top notch movers.
Horrible Experience – The estimate was 2+ hours over actual and the movers were unable to assemble the furniture. Basically, I had to pay 2 extra hours and the work promised was not completed. I had to assemble my dining table and entire bedroom. I could not communicate with anyone on-site so furniture ended up in the wrong rooms. I had to send them away so they could not charge me additional time for no work. I could have done much better with 2 friends and a Ryder truck. Beware!
