RecommendedI can not thank Carol the office manager enough for helping me. The customer service is exceptional. She made sure I had exactly what I needed for a speedy recovery. The knee scooter is perfect. Makes my recovery so much easier. Less stress on the rest of my body.
Horrible company and people. They will deny one access to proper medical supplies if you don't 'look' like their 'preferred' customer. They practice blatant discrimination.

Been waiting for approval on a knee scooter for over a month. Abagil has told me over and over that she didnt get approval from my insurance company. I called my insurance company thinking i could move things along faster and they tell me its been approved since 8/10//15 I ten spoke to this rude associate and she told me sorry i have other people i am trying to get approval for. Really unhappy with this company. I am in the medical field and will make sure a lot of Drs know not to use this company for anything.
