My experience started out fine until we decided on the doors/price, the company went silent and did not even have the courtesy to return my 6 messages. I understand there is a lot of business out there these days and my $10k- $15k job may not be the largest job, but at least have the decency to call me back.
My father contracted them to do window and door replacement at Hyde Park Village condominium in Tampa. They took a $4,500 deposit and never came back to install nor returned repeated calls. They are thieves. I am in the process of filing a claim with Florida's DBPR.
