Patience is a virtue, if you’re looking for cheap, fast or down and dirty I’m not your guy. Knowledgeable in the service I provide. We do NOT service or install any evaporative cooling products unless part of commercial restaurant or make-up air system.

I needed my furnace replaced to sell my home, and Thom walked through to make sure that everything was up to code and ready the same day I called for an estimate. He was straight to the point and knew exactly what he was talking about. I called a week later, and within another week, Thom had permits pulled, took out the old furnace, and replaced it for an incredibly reasonable rate. He and his crew don't mess around, I couldn't recommend them more.
Thom must not have wanted the work. Came to the house to work up a quote for a mini-split, because we had no ducts for AC. Said he could do the work and provide a quote, but months later, nothing. Heard from him again via text months later saying he’d been busy, and did we still want a quote? Umm, yes! I told him we did. Months and months later - nothing. Waste of time - no action.
