UPDATE: We were able to secure payment. It took a little bit but they did get it handled. 50 plus days later our factoring company is still trying to collect payment on a load from these guys. They have just ignored us for 3 weeks so we just filed on their bond to try and recover payment. I think it might be a good idea to stay away from these guys. Kind of scary they can't find a way to pay out on a short, peanuts load.
