Very unreliable. I was led to believe the job will start soon and its been a month. No one has called me back yet.
Originally I decided to go with All-Pro because of the workmanship of the other fences in my neighborhood which was solid & excellent. Post 2020 definitely material was needed to be factored in and there was about a 1 inch or so wider in the built-in post and the post itself is much more flimsy than then original fences I had looked at in the neighborhood. This company promised us a new gate opener operator and instead caused a major inconvenience and disappointment. Despite being told the installation would take place the following week, it took them a month to even show up. And when they did, they were unprepared and lacked basic communication skills. In the end, we had to cancel the job before it turned into a disaster.
