I have a pair of frames that I love and I went to get my eye exam and I wanted to put the lenses in my current frames. They were a little messed up. I took my sons glasses to be repaired at 5:20 the day before school starts in Richardson 8-14-19. The man told me about 20 minutes. I left my phone number and went back just after 6:00. They had closed. They did not tell me before hand, no courtesy call NOTHING. My son missed his first day back to school because these unprofessional people's lack of care. My wife passed away 2 years ago and I struggle with kids alone. Don't expect them to care about anything but your money!
