I had my annual checkup with ********************* yesterday. I took several pairs of glasses, one of which is about 40 years old. The left earpiece was hanging on by a thread, and I had placed a "repair piece" over the left ear hinge. I asked ***** if there a place that could do a better repair job. They gave me the information for All Pro Eyeglass repair at ********************** in **********. I have a pair of frames that I love and I went to get my eye exam and I wanted to put the lenses in my current frames. They were a little messed up. I had sat on them a few times not realizing they were there. The lady told me that they could not be fixed and I will need new frames. Absolutely not true. Last attempt, I took my frames to All Pro Eye Glass Repair. I took my sons glasses to be repaired at 5:20 the day before school starts in Richardson 8-14-19. The man told me about 20 minutes. I left my phone number and went back just after 6:00. They had closed. They did not tell me before hand, no courtesy call NOTHING. My son missed his first day back to school because these unprofessional people's lack of care. My wife passed away 2 years ago and I struggle with kids alone. Don't expect them to care about anything but your money!
