Absolutely awful customer service. Had to call 3 times to get a call back. It’s 100 dollars if they show up at your door. I was never informed of a service charge and he was here for 4 minutes. I was willing to pay but to pay 100 to walk in to your house and tell you there’s nothing they can do is a scam. I am disgusted with myself for calling someone like this. Would not recommend to anyone.
These people rebuilt our house (the one pictured on their website) and it is a total disaster! 1st off we had to put in a septic system because the one sold w the house was a hole in the ground with the original terracotta pipe coming from the house. No real septic tank or distribution field. My dogs would come in reeking of sewage and I never knew why until the discovery of the "hole" in the back yard covered by tarps & metal plates.
